Need some design help for a new ventilation system please

Got a few questions on proper ventilation setup for my new 10x15 basement system. Have a very carefully Panda-film sealed room and after reading for the last two weeks all the info in the forums I still don't have a clear picture about what exactly I need to do since I plan on using co2. I have about 30 plants set to go onto my aero/nft setup to flower and obviously I want to have no odor issues what so ever. I have a Can 66 inline filter and a 8" can fan I was thinking of using as a recirculating scrubber within the room plus maybe some Ona Gel. Also I was planning on running 6" ventilation thru my 4-600 HPS to keep temps down augmented with A/C (it shouldn't take much as its pretty cool down there year-round anyways). I plan on installing a timed co2 release system sometime in the very near future. So heres my concern Is the Carbon Scrubber going to be enough? (I realize the stink is going to be fierce so I have my doubts) or should I go whole hog and buy the fancy $1000 Atmosphere controllers that control the co2, fans, heaters and dehumidifiers and all that. I have a 8" flange heading up the chimney very handy , so I have an excellent place to vent to if need be. Some experienced input would really help. I also think if I try and keep it a sealed room setup I should have some type of negative air situation in the room for odor control, anyone have any thoughts there as well. Thanks!
