Need some advise

I have a setup that produces a harvest every two weeks. I usually harvest anywhere between 4-8 plants, depending on the cloning success. Unfortunately, due to poor strains, no veging, and misstreatment of plants, I onloy average about 4 - 7 grams per plant. While this setup does provide more or less a steady stream of bud, the low amount of bud per plant is a bit discouraging.

I am now using a 1000w light. I would like to get a 600w light in addition, and move away from this type of growing system to a more conventional one that would produce more weight. Since I don't want to loose what I already have either, nor am one to do much risking at this point, here is my plan:
I was considering getting auto flowering strain, for the new 600w room, considering i can keep this second room at 18-6 which would alow me to bud the autoflowering as well
as veg normal strains. This would also alow me to have a larger mother considering the light.

Basicly I want to use the autoflowering plants as a buffer of a sorts and then to somehow move on to more normal growing cycle with a one big harvest, or 2
considering i would have 2 light.

My questions are:
Does this sound like a good idea?
Considering I will be using attitude seed bank, what strains should i get for the dwarf and then for the high producing normal strain?

I was considering on one of the diesel dwarf strains.
and Himalayan Gold or one some other high producing strain.
right now i'm growing mostly some kind of indica strains, but i've had better harvests with sativa, alho it was far more difficult to clone due to thiner stems. So i'm not
quite sure what kind to get next.

if youre worried about yeild, autoflowers are not the way to go, they dont yeild as much as a normal plant.

Honestly after he asks a question he directly answers it... He said I have a 1000 w bulb but should I add more light? Then says I will be adding a 600w bulb.... Lol just another stoner.

Using autodwarfs as a buffer to move from every 2 weeks cycle to a more conventional system without loosing what I already have? If this is a bad idea, then what would be a good idea to do this without loosing what I have? This is all considering that i will be getting a 600w

if ur doing autoflowering strains the keep the pots small and just grow loads of them if u use the square pots u can fit more plants together. Try and keep the plants as close to the light with out the plants burning. Just put ur hand underneath the light and move it down until the light dont burn your hand. Your not gonna get big yield with the autoflowering strains but u can grow loads of them. I'm talking 30 plants or as many as u can get.
