hi i just recently finished college and cannot find a job anywhere so i was thinking of opening my own hydro store. theres is only 1 in my area but i was planning on opening the shop in another location where theres no hydro or gardening shop.

how would i go about starting a business plan to get a business loan to start this off?
i know there will be plenty of demand because n my aea every other person seems to be growing at the moment as the prices of weed is £10 /g and no one wants to pay it.
any info would be appreciated. thanks

For a shop first thing you will need is a loan a credit card and or a pile of cash. After you get the cash then move to step 2.

Start with a business plan (google it) this will be the outline you show lenders to obtain capital (unless you got it already) Banks and venture capitalists will want cold hard proof before lending money. In creating your model the rest of the pieces will fall into place things like suppliers, locations, rent and overhead. Start your research, you may be able to find a business plan online for a hydro / garden store that someone else created, just edit it to make it relevant to your situation

i thought about this a while back what i was gonna do was buy all the stuff in bulk to build ballasts, it comes out to what 40 bucks a ballast if your buying wholesale parts in bulk, come up with your own shit thats needed find cheap wholesale ways make it and then get a permit and start from your house online that way you dont need to deal with damn loans and shit then use vistaprint.com for all your labeling and business cards and stuff sooooo cheap and a good way to get your name out and look like a legit major company, i never went through with the store and permit thing so im not sure how hard it is, but getting township permits isnt as hard as it really seems people are cool as long as your courtious and patient. (in the usa if that makes a difference)

And thats what seperates a REAL business from a home based Ebay store.....do your self a favor, do it right, otherwise you'll be sitting on stock for years after your ebay store fizzles...there are guys from china that will undercut you everytime..you pay $40 a ballast in bulk..they pay $13, you wont win. Here is another example of what i am talking about, i had to but a HDMI cable so i went on ebay. the guy in the US wanted $6 for a monster brand gold plated HDMI with like 2 day shipping...got the same thing from a china seller for $3(shipping included). i got the one from china even though i new it would take three time as long to get to me...most people want price 1st, then convenience
