Hi guys, I just want to know if it is safe to have plants under 18/0 light cycle for 4 weeks then go to 24/0 for two days and then 12/12? I ask because i was recently begging under 2 hps which are ballast dimmables and is dimmed down to 50% each one hps and the other hid. When I switched to 12/12 from it being under 18/0 i guess it accidentally stayed on for 24 hours for 2 days instead of 12/12 so is it going to stress them out and cause hermit, should I be concerned??? The strains: northern lights, berry bomb and moby dick. Thanks any advice would be much appreciated!

The Moby is from a hermied Moby that was due to light leak but was originally 100% fem, what is the chance of mother passing the same traits down to the seedlings? And sorry about my grammar and punctuation in my last paragraph, I meant vegging not begging. BTW they show a slight sign of barely any though but a little light burn on the Moby's which is why I was concerned because I'm switching it back to 12/12. Just want to make sure everything will be fine.
