I went to the local garden store today and pick'd me up a Ph meter. My plant seems to be doing alright but i think it has some sort of defficiency 
It has acouple deformed leaves and most leaves have curled back tips. I checked the Ph but have no idea whats good and not good. My concern is that i should have more bud formage by this point... Any advise would be great, thanks RIU

-Oudoors
-25 days flowering
-Fox Farm Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom
