need opinions

I have this plant that my father n law grew and it looks so so to me. I took this pix about 2 weeks ago. My question is wat do u guys think. Do u guys think it's ready or no. He thinks the plant is no good and wanted to toss it. I say that it's a green light and ready to get trimed. I know it might not look the best but I think it's ready. Wat u do u guys think?

If he wanted to toss it then cut it, dry it, and cure it.... then smoke! It looks to be re-vegging which is not what you want if you want that bud.
