need light

id like to supply light to 30 , 5gal. pots all grouped together. 20-4 light hours. im trying to do autos.
I currently have two 4ft. heatsinks with 4cobs each. I need 2 to 4 more of these to get enough light.
can you help me put together 4ft. heatsink, 4cob lights.
I think 3000k-3500k might be best and I think 120degree light pattern is best? along with cri-95?for cobs.
so im looking for 4ft. heatsinks. best bang for buck cob choices, and correct drivers.
thanks for any help or advise.
im trying to grow auto flower.

Lets start with the size of the area and then you may mention what cobs you have already and what your target ppfd is? The budget also?
for heat sinks http://www.heatsinkusa.com/

thanks for helping.
my space for lights is 6ft.x7ft.
my two 4ft. heatsinks I have now are blocking the cob light, because the heatsinks have sides dropped down to insert a splash guard to protect cobs.
I plan on cutting this material off,so the cob light can project better.
I can tell this is a issue. so I would prefer a 4ft. heatsink that wont block the cob light at all.
the cobs I have are bxrc-35e10k0-L23 theres 4cobs, driver is hlg320h-c1400a. I have two of these set ups. these will be a lot better if I get a chance to cut off that 1" of material blocking the cob light. I need to get this done, because then maybe I wont need as much more light as I do now.the light should project better once I cut that material away.
do you know the light array degree angle of my cob? I couldn't find that info on my cob.im thinking a 120degree would be best.not sure though.
