need legal advice

i need legal advice on how to go about getting my dd-214 military discharge papers changed, i was not dishonorably discharged but i was discharged because of drugs! any advise would be greatly apprieciated!!! i would like to go to school and i know it will be a pain in the ass getting fed funding with this blemish

well my friend had the same problem and i asked him he told me he had to write his congress man idk if he is right but that is what he told me hope that helps
