You might get flamed for not adding any info to your post, like ph, temp, nutes, humidity and so on, but as they say a picture says a thousand words. Looks like a classic case of overwatering, maybe a little cold too. Raise temp towards 80 and stop giving it water for a while till the soil starts feeling dry-ish.

Oh, and I can still see you tried to fold back up the leaves in the center pic :razz:

Sorry guys, ph 6-6.5 temps 75-80, humidty 30-40, did first organic tea 2.5gallons of water bubbling for 24hours with 1/2 cup alfalfa, 1/2 cup ewc, 2tbs suger cane. I water every 4days

ph is a little low, temps also a little low humidity a little low.

but.........

i think your problems is your using nutrients this early, the plants are too small and can get everything they need from the dirt itself., otherwise, just adding N is fine.
also, your soil looks wet, too wet... is it drying well between waterings?

also, what lights are ya using?

Maybe just brew up a worm castings tea? Soil has been drying good and im using 55wCFL 64000k, some of the leaves have since turn slightly yellow and some spotting aswell how should i fix this?
