hey all,

ive got 3 ladies at the moment. the all look great but every time i water them these tiny small ( not knat's) bugs fall out the bottom. i dont have any signs of them being on to of the soil....only when i water. there tiny 1-2mm white with a segmented body, legs and antenna's. 1 of the plants is a re-vegged blue cheese which i never re-potted which is where they must have came from.

Any help appreciated
Cheers

In the past I have always uses diatomacious earth. (although I have not had larvae in years) it would be the first thing that I would pick up for control.
just spread some onto your soil and it will keep working for a long time
they wont be able to live in the soil anymore after that

Look up thrips with a Google search. Azatrol will kill them, and also help prevent any other pests from taking up residence in your garden.
