need help with stretch

I took my friends plant over for him he didn't have the right setup he only had a 40 watt plant light. i put it in my grow cabinet which has a 250 watt and with some fluorescence too i've had the plant for a day I forgot how old he said it was. I think he said 3 weeks but i'm not for sure. i dont know what his mix is either i just threw some of my good soil on the top i'm going to be using dyna gro for my nutes but i have never used it before so i dont know how much to use so i need help with that too .My main problem is the stretch i dont know what to do it is way bad help plz

This plant as stretched because it was started under a weak light source, now you're giving her better light so the next internodes should be normal.

sorry thats a funny plant i had to laugh at it so so sorry man u need some more light and fast be4 that falls over and shits itself or goes male on u due to stress

Yo everyone it's been about 2 weeks she is showing signs of improvement.I had to transplant it into my own mix my friend had time release nutes in his medium. I've been having a problem with heat but I can't really do any thing about it. Does this leaf look like nute burn or heat stress?

Ive never had a problem with smell till late budding are you sure its a female sounds like a lot of trouble for a maybe

I don't have a problem with the smell I never said I did.and I'm not sure it's a female yet I haven't started flowering yet

That plant reminds me of where I have nute-shocked a plant.
It did not curl up and die, or even lose it leaves, but it did show
a bit of crisping...and it was very slow in growing out of it.

In those cases, a flush followed by a drying out helped.

This can take weeks for sensitive breeds (Purple Wreck,
Holy Grail Kush, etc (for me anyway))

Yeah Im going to start two more one is white diesel and the other is delirium. They won't be like this one. they will get enough light. I told my friend he just should have told me to start it for him but no he trys to grow it with a 40 watt light lol

The amount of light has nothing to do with making a plant hermie....and it won't be stressed either...it will just grow weak and lanky...and yeild poorly...
