need help with light mover

hey just wondering if anyone has or heard of moveing your lights up and down automaticly??like a regular light mover would move your ligth's from side to side, i need it to go up and down...if i have to build one i will. any help would be awsome, to help in my new stadium grow...

how far do you want to move them? I may have an idea, but it would depend on how much you wanted to move em.
