need help with hermi

ok so ive been looking up pictures of hermi
i have this one plant that is 2-3 weeks into flowering and its coming along beautifully. my friend comes over and spots what he says are a few balls, i see them too. he says its a hermi and i should destroy it. but i read somewhere that one here and there isnt necessarily a hermi. so i wait a few days and white hairs come out of them. but he insist he is right and he has been growing a few years. am i wrong to try and keep the plant? or is it a hermi and i should remove asap

Pics make problem solving way easier. However, if it is a hermi, you can definitely leave it to grow and still get some bud off it, but ONLY IF its your only plant flowering currently, otherwise it'll most likely spread pollen throughout your whole grow area, meaning your bud will have SEEDS!
