Need help with drying conditions

Trying to figure something out here. Plant is just about ready to harvest, everything looks good other than the low RH thats around 25%. I just purchased a nice evaporative humidifier with a built in hygrometer that seems to be very accurate with my potable hygrometers. It blows cool air through a fan and does a nice job raising the RH so its pretty nice.

The tent that I will be drying in is 3' x 3' x 7'. It will be located in a room that is 15' x 15'. The humidifier will be in the center of the room, the tent will be to the side. The air from the tent will be extracted through ducting out the door of the room. With the door open this way, I can get the humidity up to around 53% but that is with the humidifier on full blast all day long and its pretty loud. The door being open makes a big difference.

If I keep the door shut and just extract the air from the tent into the same room I can get the humidity up as high as I want and on a lower setting to. The humidifier automatically shuts off when the selected humidity is reached so its pretty sweet. Would it be cool to keep the door shut and have the air just circling around all day in the 15' x 15' room?

Another idea that might work. I was thinking about putting the humidifier inside the tent on the lowest setting and just adjust the extractor fan to the speed that keeps the RH at 55%. I haven't tried this yet so i'm not sure if it would work. It's nice because this humidifier works with a fan and blows out cool air and not steam so it would help keep the air moving in the tent.

One of the most important things people forget about drying is to keep the drying space well ventilated and apply air circulation. You should never dry in a closed off environment where not only the air, but also your crop, can become stagnant.
I would advise against letting the same 'old' air circulate in a closed off space.
