I need some help prior to build out.
I trying for 3 rooms and a Veg to feed them.
I'm limited on space and need to leave some free space in warehouse.

3 10x12 Flower rooms ~96-104 plants w/ 6 1k Gavita or Dimlux DE lights, 30,000btu AC
1 Veg 12x15 or 12x14, 7 315 LEC lights, A few T5s on shelves for clones, 30,000btu AC

I know the rooms are tight, but will they work?
Will I get good number from them?
Is it too much light or plants for the rooms?
Is there enough veg to feed the rooms, 1 hitting every month?

Thanks for your help!
I figured attached image was better then trying to explain the space/rooms.

Ok I don't see ac that you are going to be using. I have never used ac before I always relay on big fans. The first 2 fans drag the air in to the room and the next 2 with the filter on them drag the air out. That is how I cool my room down most of the time I only run 2 of them. But this is a over kill for most of year but it can get very hot here temp of over 120

Each room will be cooled by a 30,000btu mini split, mounted above the door.

Will it be an issue placing the tables agents the wall?
