Your lighting isnt ideal for growing but it will work for seedlings. Your problem is coming from your coco setup. Explain your tub and grow medium with detail.

I see a few issues here. You environment seems fine, so the issue is obviously your medium/protocol Are you using hydroton? You have to wash it very well and PH the hydroton with 5.7 water before you use it. Other wise it will be acidic.

Also, they might be getting a little bit too much water. What pump are you using( power wise) and how many liters are in the DWC? It could be that there is too much water being adsorbed through the medium.

Where did you get your seeds. Some times a bad batch can have quite weak genetics.

Are you hand watering you seedlings? you should hand water to start with until there get their first 2 leaves.

Scrap the plants and start over with this. Soak seeds in a shot glass full of 7.0ph water for 24hrs before planting. Keep the temp at 78F for germination and the first 2 weeks. Use Black Gold Seedling mix soil. Try to keep your soil PH at 6.5. Use jacks Classic (20-20-20) at 5ml per gallon and Superthrive at 2.5ml per gallon. Humidity should be 65% to 70% Have a fan pointed at your plants and have it on when your lights are on. Slowly increase the intensity of the fan through the growth cycle. Low for seedling’s, medium for veg, and high for flowering. Doing this gradually over time will train your plant and harden the stems and cause dense, thick buds.
