Hey everybody
i have a little plant thats currently outside:mrgreen:. it is about 4 - 5in tall and its already showing preflowers. Im excited to know its a female however its a little small and i want to continue vegging it. I was wondering if there was anything i could do to keep it from flowering. I am growing in 4 gallon pots in my backyard and i dont have any artificial light, just the sun.
Help pleaseee

There is really nothing you can do to stop it from flowering without giving it more light this time of year the light outdoors is only enough to cause a plant to flower. Where do you live that you can even have a plant outside this early in the season it is the middle of the winter where I am.

Well if all you have is the sun then you cant prolong its veg cycle. It will maybe double in size during the flowering phase.
All you need is a few cfl's for artificial light. But im not so sure about how much stress that may cause them, especially when they are just now sexing.
