My grow is currently in soil....
I have recently purchased some new nutrients and have no idea what doses I should be feeding my girls. I purchased Pure Blend Pro Grow for veg, then for flowering I got Pure Blend Pro Soil Formula Bloom as well as Hydroplex suppose to be a budding supplement... My question is, is the feeding charts on Botanicares website legit for the soil formulas and can i just follow that? and with the hydroplex has anybody tried supplementing that, did it have any effects? should i use it just for flowering or for veg also, and how much do i use of Hydroplex it is currently not on the feeding chart on there website. Please any feedback helps. Also do i mix hydroplex and Pro Bloom together in one mix or water seperatly? Thanks

:peace: PEACE & LOVE

use the feeding schedule provided and dont use H-plex until week 4 of flower. cant help you with the amount...just read the instructions on the back. wk4 of of flower = low end, wk8 =high end for H-plex!

t0rn is working with Hydroplex right now with great results in coco. He is using 2ml per gallon at the moment with 20ml Botanicare CNS 17 Bloom. I've just been working with him on those nutrients but have never had a shot with them myself. Looks like good stuff though.

In soil you just don't need to feed all that often. The first 20 days or so are totally covered by the soil. Then you can feed, but you're really just looking for a decent amount of calcium and nitrate at that point, little potassium too. Feeding once every 7 to 10 days is pretty much all you need to do, so even if vegging large plants for 60 days but you probably won't have to feed more than 5 times during veg. You will do more feeding during bloom, but probably only 7 or 8 times... even if that. Some people get by feeding 3 times during all of life (veg, early flower, mid-late flower) and just water often enough with maybe 150ppm of cal-mag (average tap).

You're not going to need that much stuff, is basically my point, and if you go overboard you'll notice the problem. If I were you I'd try to listen to the plant and never feed at more than 10ml per gallon on the PBP. Keep the additives in check too. Watch the pH closely and just let the plant and the soil sort things out.

Thanks for the advice. so pretty much do not listen to the back of the bottle.. they were saying to water everyday with the nutrients which i just thought sounded like a bit much. will use your advice and see how it goes.
