View attachment 1257790View attachment 1257791View attachment 1257792View attachment 1257793all leaves on the plant are curling down firmly...not so much drooping...also the leaves are starting to turn yellow brown and some spots gray...any help would be highly appreciated...using 1000w hps 19 inches from the plant, temp. around 77 degrees steady throughout the day 70 at night...using flora nova veg. nutes in the dosage stated on the bottle...plant about 13" tall 4 week old clone

O.F. is already ready already. No nutes for the first 3-4 weeks just nice pH water, FF does the work for you. It looks like nute burn, flush it and call us in a few days.

What soil are you using and what nuts are you using? are you in veg? Overall, it seems to me the plants are overwatered, suffer from nut burn and heat stress. Whenever you start to feed, start with 1/4 dose and increase to a full dose progressively. Look at your plant and follow up on the new foliage, you will be able to notice the difference. If you are still in vegging, your girls don't not need 10.000 zillion lummens, 400 or so is plenty enough. If you are in flowering don't be afraid to have 2 feet between the canopy and the light. Your plants are still babies and the one in the pots looks good to me, you will be fine. There are better products than flora nova.

right now all i have is the 1000. should i raise the light to about 24" instead of the 19" i have now? and what nutes should i get rather than flora nova?

from what ive researched so far the light should be between 6" and 36" above the plant depending on heat. 19" seems to be ideal for me right now due to heat issues i may have.

then you have mroe problems than just lighting, you have exhaust problems which induce air circulation and if oyur plants dont breath...well ya know the rest.
Put your hand on top of the canopy and lower the light until it feels warm on your skin.

i check that nearly every day and change heights when it starts to feel a little too hot...ive grown before just not with nearly as much power so the yeild was only about 1.5 oz's. and now the temp. is an issue, but i have controlled it to an extent keeping it below 78 regularly

Hey you're right, I did not really read the rest of the post before answering, not a big deal!

Well, you have the people like you that would recommend a bunch of stuff like plenty of light for the vegging, this or that, and then you have the people like me that once started following all the advise of people that were I believe full of good intentions like you. Further on I discovered that I had to be patient, learn how to draw my own conclusions, it takes a lot of time and lots of practice. Fact is, as soon as I stopped harassing my plants with thousands and thousands of lumens, I saw that my girls were much happier. Today, I don't have any problem of heat stress, nut burn, overwatering, etc. Then I trust Jorge Cervantes, you might be Jesus but this guy is God and I don't believe in the Trinity. At 1 feet and a half over these plants, and in my opinion following MY experience you are stressing the plants, look at the leaves Jesus, I don't think they are really happy, they are retracting, do not shine and look kinda dry to me!

btw, I just checked out your journal with your pics including the jar you take pride to show, man ... before pretending be called "Jesus of Cannabis" and giving advice bashing other, you should be the one asking, am I doing the right thing? You know, I feel very confident since my results are far better than whatever you feel or you think you are doing right. I might not have your christmas baba setting, I grow in organic soil with a lot of love and my girls love me back! and put a fuckin rain coat on your plants if you're gonna keep on showering them ...

So let me get this straight.

You're in FFOF, you have not fed with your Flora Nova nutrients until just this last Saturday?

You just fed your plants nutrients and what, 2 days later you have issues... I mean, I think of myself as a pretty bright dude, but seriously? You can't figure this out on your own?

Cause and effect homie. You added nutrients that are not designed for organic systems like soil, and you probably added too much nutrient, and at the wrong pH. The clusterfuck of issues has displayed itself as evidenced nutrient burn and pH spotting on your leaves.

Flush the soil with good clean water, balance the pH at 6.5, and don't ever use more than 1tsp. of the flora nova per gallon again. Personally, I'd save it for the hydro and go get myself some organic tea.

Cervantes is an douche, not even close to a god. Many of his methods are outdated.

I forgot your cowboy logic must be better than his years of experience but hold on cowboy, you say Cervantes is a douche because his methods are outdated and you're the one growing in a fucking plastic cup asking why is my plant so yellow or still wondering if you should top your 4 inches seedling! (https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/332796-top-not-too-top.html) yeah, Cervantes is a douche but he's reliable, get lost sucker!

btw, Patriots sucks :)
