I have them in earth gro potting soil (which i suspect the problem might be),under 250w cfl i had em about 5 inches away just moved them further, dont have a ph digital kit i have strips and just to be safe been using distilled water since i heard this was fine for the early stages of life the grow space is 2ft by 2ft by 4ft tall temp is under 80 with light on but drops low 60s which i feel might be another issue.

What's the container you got them on? they look good just bit droppy , How often do you water?
Been trying not to water often but i have found myself watering everyother day until i get a bit of runoff on the small containers, which are just gatoraid bottles cut in half and the big ones i wait till its fairly light or the first inch on the top of the pot is dry to where i can stick my finger in and its dry.

I used to deal with problems like that because of the pots I planted my plants in, see the thing is while the soil on top dries out faster meaning the roots do so as well the soil that's in the bottom never gets to dried out, which causes the plant to slowly die, change pots and also try to get use to the weight of your pot with dried soil and wet soil, it'll help you out big time! also I only keep my seedlings moisture for the first week after that I feed every 2-3 days but not going there, just saying what I use is a water bottle with a small hole in the cap , I spray it every day, but yea just my 2c! Good luck!

Every other day watering for plants that small is too much. Let it dry, then start watering with a lesser amount in 5 days. Then next watering like 3 or 4 days later up the water to near normal, next water normal. It's not the amount of water. It's the frequency on those small plants. Probably the issue. Or a small amount every day is fine like the other guy said but since you've already over watered you got dry it out.

Rduce watering and feed them some N they are starving because of the woodchip crap you put them in.

Im gonna transpant into mf moitsure control since its the only semi decent dirt i can get my hands on because of the weather down here nurserys are pretty much closed down anf home depot nursery has this and a few other selections, i know mg has terrible rep but the moisture control has given people decent results as far as ive seen.

I'd do one thing at a time, try fixing the watering first because overwatering also locks out N. The wood chips will break down into N but it takes a while at first. If you do nute them use them very lightly.

Earthgro doesn't have lots of wood chips. I use it in my mix but not for seedlings. I use MG Seed Starter for my babies mixed with extra perlite.

Let them dry out some more. I would imagine watering every four days or so.

Most definitely your choice of medium is stressing these babies, probably to hot. I can't stress enough how important it is to use a neutral start and gradually heat it up.
I looked up earth gro potting soil and there are Buyer beware videos on youtube saying sand and manure mix, and it has a 1 out of 5 star rating , and people are saying they are infested with gnats and other unwated pests... You have to give your babies a natural mix of compost and watch them stay green and flourish. :)
