Need help on whether Phosphorous def. or PH issues?

Im not too sure about the white moth thing...
Maybe white flies.

Sorry about the lack of update guys an gals. I've been rather busy in out of the hospital with some medical issues but the plants did recover to a point. I transplanted all of them as I was readying into flower anyways. They were put into 12/12 under HPS on 3/14. So at 29 days now I believe its continually been a PH problem? They all were in fox farms ocean forest originally then transplanted into an organic soil mix I mixed up found on GC. Now the problem is they all are showing different problems despite being in the same soil, so it would have to more then likely be a PH issue correct? Below I posted some not so adequate pics that I could get at the moment to show what I mean. The yellow looking one is the farthest behind and the buds are not swelling at all. the leaves below are dying off quickly and have what appears to be brown spots? on the leaves that are yellow. I've flushed with about two gallons of water each time I've watered the last two times and have not seen much improvement at least I don't think as it's obviously getting worse the longer time goes on. The others as pictured have yellowing edges on the leaves and tips. While the bud leaves on the other two 5 gal plants have I believe dark green edges with light green inner part and some of the bud's leaf tips are pointing down kinda like nitrogen toxicity? Any help is always appreciated thanks again. P.S. Sorry about the amount of pics my camera's not the best and I got nowhere to set the plants to get better pics.
