Well, if the roots are coming out the bottom then it's root bound. You could probably just lift the plant by the stem/trunk right out of the container if she's root bound as well. Your clone as you stated is overwatered... if there drainage in the container you have it in... and it looks like you are using a medium that is holding moisture and perhaps need to add some perlite to the mix.

im having problems myself trying to determine whats wrong with my plants as well...I was told try Epsom salt and that should work...I haven't tried it yet but I will tomorrow...
