Need help- First time growing

I need help please!!
I planted on monday 5 royal ak automatic and 1 northern lights automatic both from royal queen seeds outdoor in 3 gallon pots using BioBizz all mix and they get around 10 hours of light. I watered like 1 gallon per plant. Today (wednesday) I returned to the place I left them and only saw three of them off the ground. The soil was dry (not sure).
My questions are:
Do you have a guess of how often I need to water my plants?
The other three plants still have chances to get off the groung?
Can you give me some advices?

It's not hard. Water them when the soil is dry. It can take up to 2 weeks (I have never had it take this long) for beans to germ...
My advice is read as much as you can...

You gave a gallon of water to a 5 day old seedling?

No I just watered the soil of each pot with one gallon before a put the seed

Sometimes if it isn't so warm outside the seeds will take a while. Mine are slow right now. But the beans I popped a couple weeks a go all popped out the soil in 1-3 days. It was like 90 degrees then. His week it's around 76

You can make mini greenhouse from a gallon milk container...Leave the top off...
Or better yet, make a cold frame...I use one for veggies...
