Need help first grow!

Hey everyone. I am getting into cultivating marijuana and this is my first time planting some bag seed and see what happens. I have a tent and 600 watt has light and everything but I am doing 6500 k light right now just for the seedling stage. I am wondering what to do next or if I am on the right path. I am on day 7 on my grow cycle so far. I also noticed a little yellow on one of the leaves. I’m a noob in need of help lol. Don’t really know what I’m doing! Anything input helps. I figured this first grow will be my trial and error grow and see what I need to do next time for a bomb grow.

had a good look at pics and can't see brown on leaf. I would keep em under light you using just now till you got a couple of sets of "true" leaves. Then whack it under 600w light

Awesome! Thanks for the fast reply! So this is day 7. I am super new at growing and when do I start feeding the plan nutrients? I’ve been just feeding distilled water and that’s it

what substrate you using?

I use soil Fox far ocean

Not adding liquid nutrients to that soil are you?.. and are you making sure your water has a good ph

no i am not adding any nutrients and I am using distilled water and I have not been checking the ph.

That ph is most likely your issue bro,, especially in such a young stage

I got one that was alright at Home Depot, reads ph, amount of light and how moist the soil is, 7$ for a cheap one and it may not be 100% on point you can definitely use it to help

Well for 7 days it looks good but if you are saying that it is slightly pale in colour then may be natural sunlight and some fresh air can remove that paleness. i have my own marijuana cultivation and though it is healthy but little short compared to the 5th week, check the image and still if you need some suggession please read this article on cultivating marijuana.

My guess is the foxfarm is too strong of a mix for such a young stage. My seedlings are in just plain promix for the first 2weeks or until the feeder leaves die off. If using a good soil mix and ro water there is no need for a ph meter. Havent touched one in years.

I applaud your giving it a trial run. KEEP IT SIMPLE. The more you do, the more that can go wrong. Also, as tempting as it will be to continue to grow them all, you would probably be better off growing no more than 3. Flower two or three, and use the others to practice cloning (you know you want to ).

yea I am at the basic level right now with 1 6500 K light in a box until probably week three then i will switch to my HPS light I just bought nd then move them in the tent I just picked up as well. I am using FFOF and i was wondering when do you start feeding your plant nutrients if you are using this soil?

becareful with that FFoF mate, the stuff run kinda hot right out of the bag, i recommend mixing it, with standard soil and maybe a little perlite......just my 2 cents
