need help first grow

hi i got my 250 watt growlus light but got problem let me start i tell uz what i done
germinated in tissue paper in warm place but dark 2 whtie tagpole appeered after 3 day.
put them under my light with my fan and little hole vents but my problem is 29 c to 30c and humity is 35 to 40 is this ok for veggin for some reason i think its to hot .
would be gratefull help cheers
