need help finding strains for humid/hot climate with clay soil base

Hey folks, i have spent the last 5 years growing indoors, and have attempted outdoors twice but this year outdoors is my only option. Where i will be planting has a very long grow season, sometimes lasting until december.

The problem I have had in the past is that in this climate cannabis is very susceptible to fungus attacksbecause the humidity in the heat of the summer can easily be 80 plus percentwith temperatures between 80 and 110. the location I have chosen stays on average about 15 degrees cooler then most of the area around it and it gets roughly 5 to 9 hours of light a day.I have been preparing the spot since last year using gypsum line earthworm castings and leaf mold but the soil is still mostly clay.

I am looking for some advice from somebody with experience in a similar climate on heat and disease/fungal resistant Varieties. I prefer sativa, dont mind indica and autoflowers are fine. I will use compost tea on whatever i grow once a months until buds appear and neem oil to mitigate pests.

I have currently AK47, white widow auto, LSD, and a few other seeds at my disposal, but i intend to spend a little on some seeds that are perferable to outdoors.

To clarify i am not asking what the best strain is, because thats 100% debate. Instead i would like to know which strains have other outdoor growers in similar climates had successful, "healthy" harvests with, so i can narrow down my search for what suits my needs.

All opinions are welcome!
