Need help deciding on fan/filter setup

I have been doing alot of research and think i have finally settled on two options for my setup. I will be constructing a grow tent from PVC and panda film with a total area of about 300 cubic ft.(maybe some foam board insulation as well if i need to keep heat in since I'm using LEDs and live in a cold climate)

There will be a 4'x3' flower, 4'x3' veg, and 2'x3' clone/seed "room". Each "room" will be separated by a wall which is just panda film wrapped over the PVC and then tape up the seams. See attached picture.

Total cubic feet of the tent is ~300, so i figure i need to pull about 100CFM to properly cycle the room about every 2-3mins.

Here are a few things i need help deciding on:

- I am torn between the following fans:
Soler & Palau TD-150S In-line 6" Exhaust Fan - 333CFM HIGH / 239CFM LOW
Hyper Fan 6" w/ speed control 30-100% - 315CFM HIGH and i calculate about 100CFM on 30% setting

- For filter i was planning on getting the Phresh 6x16 400CFM filter since i was advised to get one a little bigger than the CF of my tent. From what i have read, i will lose about 30-50% CFM when the filter is attached to the fan due to the static pressure. Will this filter be big enough, and work with either of the fans i listed? I am worried about minimum CFM for the filter to work properly.

- Noise is an issue, which is why i would plan on running the Hyper fan at 50-30% power or the S&P on the low setting. Which fan should i go with? Hyper has more adjust-ability but i think it is alot louder than the S&P. My only concern with the S&P is that on low it will still pull too much CFM and implode the walls of the tent.

- I do not have a very far duct run at all for the exhaust, maybe 6' total since im just going to dump the air right outside the tent. Is this OK or should i be moving the exhaust outlet further away from the tent? I have a dehumidifier in the room the tent is to keep humidity under control. If i need to vent further away from the tent i'm probably looking at a 25' run.

- How big do my passive vents need to be to maintain negative pressure in the tent? I was thinking about making a 1/2 square ft passive vent for the veg and flower rooms and a smaller one on the clone room.

- How big of vent holes should i make between the walls of the rooms so the air can flow into the exhaust?

- Should i keep the filter in the veg room or move it into the flower room since that's where most of the smell will come from?

- Any other suggestions?

Thanks!!!!

i just let my neighbothood reek, but i used to have a bowl of fabric softener and water outside where i put a flange that pointed down... it was way cheaper and better than any kind of filter. the hood smelled like dryer sheets all the time.

but like i said, im just lazy and dont hide it anymore. they know what i do and im legal, so come get some.

I live in a neighborhood with alot of kids and have enough respect for my neighbors homes to be discreet. Just because it is legal for me does not mean other people want to be exposed to it.

I ended up going with the 6" Hyper fan and a 550CFM Phresh filter. Almost done with the tent just need to put up 2 more walls then hang the lights and filter and run exhaust ducting.....and build the passive intakes, guess I still have my work cut out for me.
