Need help correcting bone head soil move

I germinated my girls using the paper towel method. Everything went fine. Instead of the solo type cup I planted them in 1G smart pots. they sprouted and were fine. My problem is that I used the FF seedling soil. I'm wondering if that light warrior soil is only meant for the solo cup phase. I read that the Ocean Forest is a bit hot for seedlings. Don't ask me why I skipped the solo cup stage. I don't have an answer.

The plan was to do one transplant from a 1 gallon with the light warrior to the a 3 gallon with the ocean forest. They girls are currently 2 cm & 2.5 cm high. Is the light warrior giving them enough of what they need at this point? They sprouted 16 days ago. MY watering was spraying them with distilled water and spraying the top soil. 5 days ago they each received 800ml of tap water ph down to 6.5 with 1/8 of the recommended amount of big bloom. The theory was that the light warrior was too light at this point. But I didn't want to burn them so I fed them very light.

They were originally under two 2ft t5 fluorescent bulbs, 1 2700K the other 6500K. I had a problem with them consistantly cutting on when they timer kicked in so I switched to cfl bulbs. 1 bulb per seedling, each 24 watts, each bulb is 6500k. this light change was done 7 days ago.

am I worried over nothing?
Are they healthy?
