Need help choosing light and grow tent please help!

Ok this is my second grow im going soil. I have used all cfls in a closet grow with surprising success, so now I want to go a little bigger with an actual grow tent. I want a switchable mh hps light system and a buddy of mine is gonna help me out with either 600w or 1000w mh and hps hortilux bulbs. Iwant a tent around 4x4x6.5. Do you guys think I should use 600w or 1000w for that size tent?

I need help choosing a good light system and where to get them for a good price.

Also I need help choosing a tent around the dimensions I gave.

My local hydro shop had very good prices on fox farm soil and nutrients, cloning solution and all that but their tents were ridiculously priced and the lights were off brand so I wasn't real sure if i could trust them...

Edit: A little more info I am not going to do a perpetual grow just yet so thats why i want a single switchable light system. My funds are somewhat limited but I have money to spend. I got around $400 for light and tent.

I also need a tent that i can attach ducting to for carbon filter and ofcourse ventilation.

600 should do the job but just get 1000 in case you need to upgrade later.

I keep reading that you can get pretty similar result with a 600W, using nearly half the power it seems like a no brainer to me! Mr.BlueGoo and Jason Wilcox both have youtube video showing pretty similar result with 600W and 1000W...but if you are trying to grow the biggest bud in the world... well go for the biggest light... You gotta think also if you were to get a 1000W, might as well get 2x600W, for an extra 200W you will get a much bigger yield than with a 1000W, IN MY OPINION

I am also looking for something dimmable if price permits.... Do I need to Go with the big brand names or will others on htg supply work just aswell?

Thanks guys. Endur0xx I agree that two 600w would be much better so I can spread the lights out. I am trying to build my system up as I go so im thinking I should start with one 600w and add more from there? What brand do you suggest and where should I order them from online? And what do you think about the grow tent
