Need HELP choosing a grow tent...

Hi Everyone. Just starting out first grow soon, so I am stocking up on equipment. I Need some advice or tips on choosing a grow tent to go with 600 watt digital lumatek ballast, 6" air cooled Blockbuster hood. Running MH for Veg and HPS for Flower. I have been leaning torwards a 4x4 tent either 80" or 84" tall. Figured I shouldnt go any bigger than that to keep the light intensity decent. Just wondering what other people have experienced and which tents seem to be more air and or light tight. Any links or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

4x4 84" tall your on the right track

I run a 600 in a 4x4 tent by Secret Jardin, works very well, no leaks good construction. However, if you have the dough i'd go for a gorilla grow tent, they are top of the line, but if you can't afford that go for a Jardin. 5x5 would work too, but 4x4 is probly best for a 600.

I have a 4x4x7 I use with my 600w. It is a Lighthouse that I got on amazon awhile ago for less than $150. The thickness of material is decent and the only light leaks I have are at the zipper, and they are minimal. IMO it's pretty damn good for the price.

I bought a cheap 3x3 from eBay... The quality is there but the ducting holes aren't 6 inch so I had to do a rig... I would spend more and get one with proper holes.

Do you have any suggestions for quality tents that are 4x4 84" tall? Seems like most of the one's I find in that size are cheap compared to secret jardin and other name brand tents. Since I cannot see these tents in a store where i'm from I have no idea about quality of these tents. Any suggestions atleast 80" tall?

I wouldn't skimp on a tent and get screwed like I did. I had to cut the ducting port and squeeze my flange in and zip tie it to make it stay... My next upgrade was originally gonna be a blockbuster but I think ll get a secret jardin or gorilla instead least then I can vent my tent into the roof or outside as originally planned. Now It has to vent into the same room which for most people, would be a serious issue.
