Need help building plastic bong for fun

I have a ash catcher http://www.ebay.com/itm/141167699345 <--- that one to be exact and i need a down stem he sells ones that are 14mm/14mm/2 inches long but if the ash catcher male end is 14mm will that fit or what downstem should i use it needs to be between 2-4 inches long max and NEEDS to fit that ash catcher any help will be great

Well first i wouldnt use an ash catcher on a plastic bong personally.. Or a glass on glass either.
But i guess if you wanted to the best thing to do would be to bring it in to a head shop or bong store and get the clerk to make sure it fits before you buy it. Clean it real good or they wont even look at it though depending where you are.
