I’m at the end of week 2 of seedling with my plants, I sorta over watered some of them awhile ago, and I haven’t watered them since. They are on a 18/6, they are in Miracle-fro ( and yes, I know now not to use it, up to any suggestions helping on how to help them more. Now I’m kinda stuck on what to do, to help the little ones.

I would transplant into something other than miracle grow. and into bigger pots now that you have more than 1 set of leaves. Grab a bag of Fox farm ocean forest for like $15-20 online and transplant. Keep the miracle grow and just put it in a bigger pot and fill it all around with FFOF. It's a nute filled soil.. All you will need to do is water for the next few weeks.

Thank you for the advice, I will be transplanting them Friday then. Should I use 5gals 7Gals?

Are they auto's?
First pot up to a 1 gal. from here. Then 3 then 5 etc, The roots need home. Only gro in HP mix it drains fast you can never over water with it. Water like this 2 feeds 1 fresh make sure the pot weighs nothing before watering. Pot up when you have to water every other day. HP has Mycos that help the roots to not dry out in the fast draining soil. I like 1 part ferts. they are easy to use. Flora Nova Bloom.
If they are auto's go directly into 3-5 but watering is a lot harder till there are roots to take up the water.
Good luck
