need earlier harvest

Hi,
I'm planning to grow a few plants from some GHC big bang seeds. However, the recomended harvest time is early october, but due to moving away im going to have to harvest by mid september. Does anyone know of anyway i can get the plants to reach harvest stage a few weeks earlier?

you have only ONE option, force flowering. you have to artificially shorten the length of day by covering your plants or bringing them indoors if possible. I'd just bite the bullet and harvest early if this isn't practical.

Yes you ever heard of trash bag treatment. in the morning before the sun comes out put a black trash bag on it for the hole day. take it off at night. this should make your plant begin to bud. A old hippie taut me that and it works for me.

oh right. how succesful has this been for you. so you just put the bag over the plant during the day and take it of at night? how long does it take to get it to harvest?

ok cheers. what effect will it have on the final product if i have to harvest 2 weeks before it is recomended?

a more Sativa like high that doesn't last as long. The sun is to low in the horizon that late in the year for it to make much difference anyways really.
