Need answers quick, freakn bugs in soil!

Thanks for checking out my post first off, but I notice when I water my ladies these small(gnat size) spider looking things come to top of soil. Does anybody know what they are and how to get rid of em???

What kind of soil are you using?

They hop around and shit right?
What I think they do is eat the roots away, but then Again I think they really are harmless.
I dont care for bugs. If you grabbed your soil from outdoors then its normal.
