Make a cheap auto watering system with some kind of stopper fill external res with nutes and air stone attach to buckets (already filled with their own nutes) now you have as much water as you need for however long you need it for.
Or
Chop them, dry them in a lower humidity so they dry faster (do not over dry) so pay a little closer attention to them. Check twice a day instead of once. Store them in jars with 62% boveda packs

As long as you dried right, you can leave them in there for up to a year with no issue.
