Need advice on strains

hey guys i need some advice on strains for a sick loved one. heres a list of the dieseases that they have as well as some systoms of each. the establishment has been pumpin her full of drugs and it is not helpin so she wnats to try something else. any advice would be appreciated.
1.lupus. inflamation, joint swelling , extreme pain
2.mixed connective tissue disease. same as 1
3.anemia. extreme fatigue,trouble digesting food
4.pernicious. same as 3
5.hashimotos tyroiditis. no thyroid on replacement drug therapy
6.rhuematoid. swelling, pain
7.meneres's diesease. hearin loss,distorted sounds from infalmation
8.insomnia.

as you can see she is very ill.i dont expect a cure all but at least being able to help raise the quality of life would be great. thank you

Kudos to her for wanting to try an alternative. Sounds like she needs a very heavy indica, or maybe a high CBD strain such as Harlequin?

Never heard of that one. But yes I agree on the high cbd strains I am leanin towards cannatonic from resin seeds and a heavy indica for sleep

MMJ can be consumed many different ways, the difference between smoking it and eating it can be very different, while vaporizing is definitely different that the 2. These different ways have different effects on the body and mind. Oh and Pill manufacturers do make THC pills that im sure doctors prescribe those somewhere.
