need advice and info with flowering plant

i have 2 plant outside and they have stared to flower theres about 14 houres of day light right now were i live.my question is when the days get longer to about 16-18 houres aday will the plants stop there flowering or not?any and all info on this matter will be very welcome.thank you

i had that problem last year and i took 6" off the top and feed them veg food and they went right back into veg...but im not sure if it was the days getting longer or my shocking them that did this... and i got the info from an old timer that has been doing it awhile hope that helps

Oh yeah the longer days will cause your girl to revert......unless she is almost done your probably gonna be screwed/.......sorry
 
What makes the plants go into flower is prolonged periods of darkness. Light destroys an enzyme which builds up in the plant during darkness. When that enzyme builds up enough it tells the plant that its ready to flower.

They will revert to veg, no stopping it really. At least your gonna have some bushy as hell monsters at the end of the season. Thats the way i would look at it. lol
