Go to amoazon you can get a nice 23 qt unit for 70.97$. I know they are not cheap but for the money its a big enough pc that you can do alot of jars at 1 time and still have room to keep the jars away from the sides of the pot. Remember folks you run a PC dry toss it because it will stress crack the aluminum and it will blow up if it is not in 100% good shape or you open it under pressure. It may not blow the first time but it will just be safe these are time bombs and respect it.

The only down side from what I could see in the pics is that the scale reads in bars I believe so do a search to seewhat 15 psi converts to.

You can convert units of measure by googling "x unit to other unit" like "3 meters to feet".

WATCH yourselves with those large pressure cookers - really, pay attention, I know you all, I know that you folks tend to whip out a bowl of Fire Blue Cheese OG and tend to get distracted but watch it.

Once, while cooking bags I found the temp gage in the red - FAR into the red. The bag had blocked the weight vent. I was not sure that it didn't block the lighter vent or even the rubber fail safe vent. The steam would stop for 30 seconds and then gasp a bit and then stop again. I turned off the gas and left the kitchen. Everything was ok.

Another time my wife moved the cooker and as she did so she grazed something on the top of the cooker and the emergency release blew. YOU do not want that to happen, a thick stream of superheated steam hit the ceiling, had my wife been on top of it she would have been very very badly burned, had she been much taller her chini and neck would have been boiled. The steam kept going for a long time and we had a quarter inch of very hot water on the kitchen floor. The only good news was that my ceiling was spotless clean.

Be CAREFUL with those things

What movie was it where they had one burning and unattended and it blew like marinara or chili all over everthing?,like every square inch of the kitchen was plastered with the sauce..I couldn't imagine the injuries one would sustain if they were in the room, just from the percussion, let alone the 200degree fluid sprayed in every direction...
