Need a nice Veg Light--NEED OPINIONS

Ok I gave my veg light away to a buddy. I owed him and he kept saying let me have your 250 mh and we are even. So i finally just said screw it and gave it to him because he would not STOP BUGGING. So now i need a Veg light. What do you guys think about a 2 feet 8 bulb T5 does it get the job done nicely. I need something that wont be slow on veg. I only have like $100 to play with right now. I already have a 600w hps/mh but its hard tryna veg and flower under the same light. So what light would you guys suggest?

You can grab a cheap HPS off ebay for less then 100 bucks these days
