Need a little help...

So I need some help identifying this small issue with my closet grow. There is an odd sheen on the lower leaves of my plants, and some little black specks that are NOT bugs or anything but related in any way. It's not affecting the maturation of the buds, so the nugs are all fine. Here's a couple shots.

You can see it best in this one, on the left side. Little black dots and some shininess on the leaf.

Again, it's not bug related.

And the tops of everything are fine.

Yeah but spider mites are tiny aren't they? You can see their damage but you can't see them. If you google pictures of spider mite damage it looks like that. I'm just sayin'.

Pretty sure he said its NOT a bug problem, since he's indoor trust me... We know if/when we have a pest problem.
We keep that shit TIGHT, like AIR tight man. Sterile.
Bug problems are actually very common indoors... Air right or not, we've all got insects hitch hiking around on our clothing, in our hair, on our skin, etc, etc.

Sterile environments are actually very inviting for pests because they have no competition. Instead, I choose to encourage a Diverse population of predatory insects and chitinase-producing microbes. With this method, I haven't seen any insect pests in over 4 years of indoor gardening, and have not sprayed pesticides one single time. Sure the ooccasional fungus gnat stops by, but they are very easily dispatched with biological controls if my predatory mites and nematodes don't get the job done.
