Need a lil bit of help here with my setup.

So I'm about to move into an apartment and am doing my final checks and research into what all I am going to need to get my grow show up and running. This is going to be my first grow, but I feel very confident going forward with all that I've learned in the last couple of months from people and places like here.

As far as what I have to work with and my setup, the entire thing will be basically taken care of in a spare bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and walk in closet. The closet will be used for clones and veg plants, and inside the spare room I will be building a modest sized grow tent out of pvc pipe, the inside will be lined with mylar heat blankets, and the outside will be finished off panda film. The actual grow itself will be done with the Stinkbud method (www.stinkbuddies.com).

Anywho, I just have a few basic questions.

#1. When it comes to the clones and veg plants in the closet, they will be locked up in there pretty much all the time. I'm not entirely too sure about what kind of ventilation if any they need, but there will be a fan or two in there to help with air circulation. The plants will be lit up with T5 floro's to keep heat down. Would I need to keep the closet door open on occasion?

#2. Inside my grow tent I will be running 2 1000 watt dimmable lights with vented hoods. Each hood will have one of these attached to them, (http://www.valleyindoor.com/product.php?productid=880&cat=94&page=2).

Outside the tent I will keep a garbage can with a 1hp chiller to cool the lights down. The cooled air from the vented hoods will then be rerouted right back into the tent via a closed circuit air duct, so for the most part the whole tent will remain air tight. Inside the tent there will of course be fans to keep air moving. Also outside the tent will be a co2 tank with a line through the topside of the tent that will be set to bring the co2 ppm up to 1500 over 15 minutes 5 times every daylight cycle. So my question is, would I need to have some kind of outside air to be circulated through the tent? I know having an air tight grow room/tent is preferred for co2, but is keeping the flowering plants basically on lockdown from outside air a good thing or a bad thing?

#3. When it comes to security the only thing that I am really concerned about is smells. I know the best way to deal with it is to use a carbon filter of some kind, but right now I don't know if I should keep the tent air tight or not. Pretty much, what would you guys suggest?

Much thanks and appreciation in advance to any who can help me out with some answers to this stuff.
