Need A few Q'S Answering PLZ

hi ppl, iv got afew q's that im not sure about

1. do i have to ph the soil or the water, at the mo im using ph water 5.8-6.0 .
2. when i start using biobizz bloom how much should i use and do i ph the water after the nutes are mixed in.

obviously ph the final output. .... crazy questions. use as much nutrients as you like, start with barely any and build up to what you feel is right. if you notice any problems with your plant, then raise your ph to 6.5
