If I'm wrong then prove it! Where hav the NDP said there will be a fine for possession under their decriminalizition plan? What can't find it anywhere? Cuz they don't stand for that! You keep believing whatever you, want. A fine is a civil penalty. The Ndp have said no civil penaltys! So I can't grasp how you think that means they will implement a fine. Maybe because you're old and all the past liberal decrim plans involved a fine rather then criminal penalty has you confused. Yeah that must be it.. Quoting wiki as your source is just... Cmon do your own research on the subject. And to claim that the libs will be more likely to make changes in our favor at hc is horse shit. Pure horse shit. Who implemented the mmar. Liberals! Who fought with us tooth and nail to not change the mmar to allow for more then one patients meds to be produced at one site? That's right the fucking liberals! Ain't they great?
and who screwed it all up-the CONservatives

I think some of you guys on here are smoking med Crack, that would explain some of the stupid shit you guys say and do. If you are voting for decrim then you are dumb. Also Justin said he would look at TPP and has not said he would go forward with it, also he has stated that bill c 51 will be amended to make it in tune with our rights.

So now the NDP have their own version of decriminalization...? I may be old, but I am pretty sure the definition hasn't changed, Webster's defines decriminalize as "removing or reducing criminal penalties while keep tight control or regulation". While he may not have come out and said decrim involves fines, but I missed the part where he explained how this new decrim without any penalties is different than legalization, and I have been paying attention. I can't believe I am arguing with a pot smoker who is AGAINST legalization. Anyway, I'm out of this conversation.

I'm not aginst legalization. I just want it done properly. No right to grow I don't care to,support that "legalization". I want real legalization. The fact you're now quoting websters since I scolded you for useing wiki shows you really don't fucking get it. Yes absolutely the Ndp have a different version of decrim then the liberals, websters or wiki. The Ndp have said they are in favor of decrim with NO CRIMINAL OR CIVIL PENALTYS! That means no fines. Get that through your head.

Ive been tryin to make sense of that,,,

its like they have said for years

...people really can be persuaded into thinking something not so good, is great for them..
when the real answer is right in front of their face......

@Gmack420 no matter who does it...it'll be a cluster fuck so it may as well start now!!!
Now you're back to making sense gb! It will be a shit show no matter who wins. It's gonna be a minority gov so all party's should get a say in the bastardized program that gets shoved though the house.

The guy wants to give it a try... MORE POWER TO HIM..

It will not be easy...Do you have any ideas how it should go? I sure as fuck dont....
but we have been right all along about how it will go...up until now with MMJ.

Its right bullshit it is... one giant huge cluster fuck I want no part of..
if an easy check mark accomplishes that??

..IM there man!!!

He voted for C51. Amended?

How you gonna amend something that shits all over our rights from top to bottom? The only answer is complete repeal.

Let's not forget Trudeau's dad is the one who stuck us with our completely garbage constitution as well. If you want me to outline of why our constitution is authoritarian garbage, I'll be happy to outline some points.

The Liberals have never done a good thing for this country. So they can fuck right off. At least the NDP hasn't had a chance - not that I think they'll really do much good either. But they at least took principled stands on C51 and the TPP.

Trudeau won't touch the TPP. I guarantee it.

#1 reason our constitution is garbage?

The crown can appeal any not guilty decision all the way to the Supreme Court (another gov't institution that is appointed) meaning there is absolutely no recourse against totally shit laws unless the Court is filled with honest folks (lol, they're appointed by the PM - they ain't gonna be honest). The reason juries exist - despite most folks never being taught this - is to give the people recourse against terrible law. It's not to get fair trials - it's to judge the law itself. Fair trials was completely secondary to the first point.

Words do not describe how shitty this is.

And of course the Queen still has final say over all law passed.

There is no freedom of speech codified. There are no gun rights. These two things are the most important protections against extreme authoritarian measures and this is why they are #1 and #2 in the US Constitution (which has its own flaws but is much superior to ours).

Anyway. Figured I'd add that. It was a complete piece of shit. Trudeau was a historically awful leader. His son will be no different.

Where did they say that? When? Show me a link to somebody in the NDP saying there would be no penalties. You keep repeating the same line, but won't give any proof. I know Mulcair has repeated a bunch of times that they will study legalization...why would they need to change anything if decrim is what people want? Legalization means walking around with a bag or growing a few plants without any worry about the cops (see Colorado and Washington State). Decrim means it is still an offense, just no longer criminal...like a parking ticket. Get that through your head.

and if your buddy gets in, it wont happen over night, he has no fucking clue as to how to run it, so like the ndp, it will take time to set up and regulate.

on that, nothing more needs to be said cause, really non of us know shit, on who actually will get in, till tues morning. go ndp lol

we can argue and speculate but until it actually happens, we won't know.
JT says legalize and then says it'll take a while and Mulcair says decrim right now and look how to legalize....either way sound a hell of a lot better chances for us to be able to grow that Harper. he gives nothing and will not so I say anyone but Harper
