Camera Used : Nikon Coolpix S8100

Name : New York Sour Diesel

From : Nature's Resource Center (Tacoma, WA)

Grade : A

Type : Hybrid (Sativa Dominant)

Price : $12 / gram

Looks : Fluffy, totally caked in crystals, and lime green! Not dense, but cured to perfection! Lots of orange hairs are woven between parading crystal covered bud.

Smell : Sweet diesel. Not quite as "sour" as sour diesel, no lemon undertone. Just sweet sweet minty diesel! Love it!

Taste : Just like it smells. Sweet diesel taste with somewhat of a cough factor, but was not cured improperly at all. This herb coats your mouth with a sweet flavor that lasts for a bit after finished medicating.

Buzz Type : Cerebral, energetic, social buzz. Absolutely no come down to any extent. After smoking a gram between a friend and myself, we were talking almost non stop. Stimulating effect. Nevertheless, the bud packs a powerful punch. It hit very hard and very fast.

Buzz Length : Medium (1-1.5 hours).

Overall : I asked the nice man at Nature's Resource Center for their Top Shelf Sativa. I wanted a strain that I could smoke before my job interview. He knew exactly what I wanted, and offered me the New York Sour Diesel, $12 a gram. A bit expensive, but no doubt worth every penny! This is some serious medical marijuana!

Camera Used : Nikon Coolpix S8100

Name : Block Head

From : Nature's Resource Center (Tacoma, WA)

Grade : A

Type : Hybrid (Indica Dominant)

Price : $12 / gram

Looks : Golf ball nug structure, definitely indica characteristics. Crystals cover ever part of this bud, with there being a THICK and dense colonization of trichomes in the center of the bud. Lots of dark orange hairs cover this purple, dark green, and light green dense bud. So colorful, cured to ABSOLUTE perfection!

Smell : Woodsy/earthy purple. Smell stays tight within the buds, causing it not to stink up a room too fast like some Kush's.

Taste : Same as smell. Almost numbs the tongue with a purple flavor. You can almost taste the trichome coverage (love when that happens!).

Buzz Type : If you have a low tolerance, you've been warned. Strong indica buzz, strong couchlock. Was given temporary anxiety from the strength of the buzz. After researching this strain for a while, I found it is known to increase neurotic activity in the brain, being very intimidating for new smokers, even causing symptoms of psychosis for some. It is not recommended for mentally unstable patients. Great bud to knock some friends out with. I must say I was impressed with the strength of this buzz!

Buzz Length : Very Long (2.5 - 3 hours). I almost never stay stoned this long!

Overall : Nature's Resource Center never ceases to impress me! They always have the best, and all their best meds are $12 a gram. They also have $8 and $10 donations, that are still very dank! The NYCD and the Block Head were the best buds they had in at the time. Anyways, this will be one of those buds I won't forget. I eventually gained a decent tolerance to it, and was able to smoke it and function quite normally, but it always had me sitting around or falling asleep near the end. Hard to socialize on this weed as well. It was very potent.
