Im not sure whether this is satirical or not. But yeah Gods not really on the ball lately is he!

The purpose of the launch is to track particles suspended in the ionosphere and despite they said it is truly safe because the clouds are at an altitude of about 160 kilometers - what if the rain comes? I don't think it is as safe as they say.

Im not a atmospheric scientist or anything, but at that kind of altitude wouldn't 'rain' really be 'ice'?
