That is 100% true,people & their votes mean shit for the most part,its the cash that talks,when forfiture laws become illegal in ALL states then AND ONLY THEN will shit change,as long as government is allowed to use our property & possesions as their personal atm machine then nothing will change.

Nah, no way he gets his shit back. A buddy of mine was raided by FBI for a completely different thing than growing. That was a year ago, and no charges, and he STILL hasn't seen a single thing they took from his house, and they took several tens of thousands of electronics.

If they stick he can kiss them goodbye .. remember there is another side to this story ...... and if the FEDS took his stufff He will Prob never get it back ,,, with the state a good lawyer could make that happen . but what cost more the lawyer or replacing the items taken .? Might be better to drop out of site and start over


P.S Also this can be tied up in court for years and years ...
