Nanners or just developing hairs?

These look like nanners to me.

It's a Double Glock clone, that is in about week 7 of flower.

Humidity has been a little low(40s or so). Temp has been steady between 70-73F.

No real stress on it that I know of. The last clone I flowered did some of this too, but this one seems to be showing wayyy more. I plucked a few off last time, but let the rest go until flower as it was in it's last 1.5 weeks when I started noticing them on the last run.

I still got 3-4 weeks left, so plenty of time to create seeds...

Of the 20 or so tops at least 5 of them are showing similar bud formation to these pictures. The pictures are of 2 different buds.

Thoughts?

P.S. The pictures were taken under 3500K 90CRI LEDs, so fairly mid-range light spectrum wise. These pictures almost look the same as if I was to look at the plants under sunlight midday.

Pop pop pop.smells..whats burning...looks down and sees seed burning hole on lounge As above had those this yr and wrecked my crop didnt see em as were on lower branch..
Id probably pull it or go another week before the seeds start forming.
