Name the problem! Aeroponics@150ppm

oh really???

I think it's an overfert situation. I'm running aeroponics, technaflora recipe for success,+ microbe brew from bushdoctor. Here are the pics. I change the rez when the ppm get out of range. usually every week. What's the problem? Ph lockout, overfert, calcium, ppm are @ 150 and drop every day. Ph is between 5.2-6.0. Any input?

For sure the PPM needs to be higher, at six weeks old im running 1000 PPM, slowly raise the PPM to 600 and if you see no problems go to 1000. your plants are starving man FEED THEM!

I run my ppm in grow at 225-250 and the flower at 250 - 300. I get leaves like that but it is from the transfer from clone to grow stage. The leave will stay alive and not drop off till well in the flower stage. If I am looking at the plants right they look green on the bottom and yellow or not as dark in color on the top. This is a good indication and there maybe some root damage. Just don't over correct as if the roots are damaged it will take at least two weeks for the plant to heal and grow like you are expecting. Bummer, I have not had this problem since I left the soil and went to aeroponics. Is there room for the massive root system in those tubes? My roots on a two foot plant are well over four foot long. ?? I have a blog where I show my set up, MyAeroponics com

What is your fresh water ppm before nutrients? Mine is 160ppm and when I add the recommended amount of nutrients at 2/3 strength my ppm only goes up to 250 to 260 ppm. I am using BMO nutrients. Am I confused or are you using hydroponics which I am sure would be no different in the formula. Can you help me stop scratching my head?

Sorry, fellas been out for a while. I switched the microbe brew to the old beneficial bacteria. I also threw in some humic acid. I an using the recipe for success as well. with beneficial bacteria you use less nutrients.

Believe me,i know running ppms below 150 Is low but the plants are telling me they are receiving enough nutes. Ppms drop around10-20 ppm per day and I add more. The issue is the spotting.

Looks like calcium deficiency or ph spotting..

Could be root damage like aero said. But on all 36 plants, ages 3 weeks to 6 weeks? The evidence suggests that it's either a deficiency, fungus, or the microbe brew.

since all the plants are nicely green and the ph it's rising and the ppms are falling I think that this issue is not a defficiency. I know some will say that the plants ppm are too low but my first post stated that I already bumped the ppm up to 250,450,650, at each level the ppms rose.

After switching the microbe brew and adding the humic acid with technaflora's recipe for success I have noticed that the ph is stabilizing better, and the leaves and stalks have grown significantly larger. It it's too soon to call it but the spots seemed to have stopped. I will update you further. Thanks for all you help. Good day to you.
