Got a story.... bout 4-5 years back when I was growing mass quantities with my CA medical license, I was frequenting cannabis clubs tasting trying and buying all different strains. After the end of a long day of smoking all kinda of different things out of my brown paper baggie from one of the clubs I came by a seed in the bottom. Intrigued I had to grow this mystery intruder. I vegged it till about 10 inches and put it in 12/12 to check sex... didnt wanna full grow a male
. It was a female and I was stoked. I put it back into veg and let it beast out to a full 24" and threw it in with the other ladies, anxious to see what happened.... it was insanity. The seed started stretching immensely. It reached so high and got to spindly that I had to move my lights up, just for it to not get burned! It grew like a damn spiderplant, not straight up, or bushy, just EVERYWHERE! it stretched branches off 3 feet in every direction with some of the skinniest, sparse buds ive ever seen!! But out of sheer morbid curiousity I let the freakfest continue. It was almost 12 weeks before its buds started showing they were ready for pulling. This thing was incredibly frustrating clipping all these paper thin buds off that weighed next to nothing but I did the chore and got it done. I dried the buds for 3-4 days on screens till they crisped up a little bit and mason jarred them, burping once a day or every other day for a good month or so like all my other delicious strains because without a good cure, even the best of buds will taste like garbage. I finally had the finished product... I pulled a big but light nug out, broke off the pretty tip and inserted into my favorite glassy... lit up and... about coughed a lung up. It literally tasted like I had put pine needles and oak leaves in the bowl. It was DISGUSTING!! I was so pissed I blew the whole bowl out and cleaned my pipe angrily. 2 minutes into cleaning my pipe I realized I was high as balls and was having a hard time cleaning the pipe as my hand eye coordination seemed off. I dragged myself to the pantry and opened up my economy sized package of beek jerky. I ate almost a 1/2 pound of jerky and washed it down with half a pitcher of kool aid. I walked to my couch, turned on southpark and after 10 minutes fighting my eyelids I gave in and went to sleep. When I woke up I felt like I was hungover. I didnt like it at alllll!! I tried to off it to some of my smoke buddies but nobody wanted it, even for free! I took half of it, crock potted it into butter and then made it into some delicious M&M cookies. I went to a party with a friend and brought a dozen, let everyone know what they were and that they were up for grabs and left them on the counter as we went upstairs to have a hookah session and check out my buddies new bong and the new hightimes. When I came back down 45 minz later, all the cookies were gone and 3 people were sleeping. There was a guy staring hungrily into the fridge and a girl watching family guy, seemingly tranced. This bud was destructive and I knew it. I ended up making the rest into a hash oil which I traded to my buddies buddy for some of his grow and havent heard from the guy since... BEWARE the Mystery Seed!!!
