yup they come as sheets with the circular base and you wrap it around with the base in the first gap and overlap one series of bumps and screw the lil button thinger in towards the top. the 3 gallon ones use 2 per pot and larger pots use more depending

since the ppots dont stack into one another thats the only economical way to ship em. nice cuz u can take em apart n put back however many times u need to!!!

Just wanted to say NICE JOB!!! I have that same filter and after four week with plants in veg that filter failed me! I went big and now you cant tell what Im up to and with the little filer it smelled up the house. I didn't mind but it hard to have Company with Pepe Le'pew in your living room. LOL
